Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You choose your test, we handle the lab booking, and our clinician reviews everything with you afterwards.
I don't know anything about blood tests. Is that okay?

How fast do I get results?
Usually 2–4 working days after your visit. You choose how to be told — in the app, by email with a secure link, or quietly in your profile.
Is the consultation really included?
Yes — every test includes a 1:1 video call where a clinician walks through your results and recommends next steps. It's the whole point of Be Health.
What happens to my data?
Your results are encrypted, stored in the EU, and visible only to you and your clinician. Every access is logged, and you can export or delete your data at any time. We never sell health data.
