Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 July 2026. This is a starting-point draft — have it reviewed by a solicitor before relying on it, and replace this notice once reviewed.
These terms govern your use of the Be Health website and mobile app, and the purchase of tests, plans, and consultations through them. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Who can use this service
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to consent to the processing of your own health data to create an account. Tests for a child must be arranged by a parent or legal guardian on their behalf.
What we provide
We arrange blood tests carried out at partner laboratories, deliver your results, and offer clinician consultations to interpret them. We are not a substitute for emergency care — if you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately, not our care team.
Our results and guidance are informational and educational. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis, and any lifestyle or follow-up recommendation should be discussed with a qualified healthcare provider before acting on it, particularly if you have an existing medical condition or take medication.
Booking, payment and cancellation
- Prices shown at checkout are the total price for the test or plan, charged securely through Stripe at the time of booking.
- Blood draw appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, from your account.
- If a partner lab cancels an appointment on their end, we will help you rebook at no extra cost.
- Refunds for services not yet delivered (e.g. a blood draw that hasn't happened yet) are available on request; once a test has been processed by the lab, it cannot be refunded.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to submit false information, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another patient's data or disrupt the platform's operation.
Liability
We take reasonable care to ensure test results are accurate and delivered by qualified partner laboratories, but we cannot guarantee that a test result, once produced, is free of laboratory error. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant test or plan, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Be Health is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
